
Kelly Cross serves as the Constituent Services Manager for Los Angeles County Supervisor Janice Hahn, where she has spent more than eight years working to ensure that local government is responsive, compassionate, and accessible to the people it serves.
At the heart of Kelly’s work is a deep commitment to helping others. She leads constituent services for the Fourth District, assisting residents as they navigate complex systems and challenging circumstances.
Whether helping a family access critical resources, resolving a long-standing issue, or simply making sure someone feels heard, Kelly approaches every interaction with empathy, patience, and care. She understands that behind every request is a real person with a real story and she treats each one with the attention it deserves.
Kelly is also a trusted partner to community organizations, advocates, and local leaders across Los Angeles County. She works closely with nonprofits and grassroots groups to connect them with County resources, support their efforts, and uplift the important work happening throughout the Fourth District. Her ability to build genuine relationships and bring people together has made her a valued bridge between the community and local government.
Kelly’s work is grounded in a strong belief that government should be accessible, equitable, and responsive to the people it serves. She is widely regarded by colleagues and community partners as a trusted liaison, a thoughtful problem-solver, and a dedicated advocate for the residents of Los Angeles County.
In addition to her professional role, Kelly is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at California State University, Northridge, where she is further developing the skills and knowledge that support her commitment to effective and ethical government.
