Dr. Regina Fair

Dr. Fair has dedicated more than 20 years to serving individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Los Angeles County. Since 2006, she has been leading efforts to provide compassionate, solution-focused support to some of the community’s most vulnerable populations. She currently serves as the CEO/Founder/Executive Director of Fair Opportunity for Change, Inc., a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization that provides interim housing, intensive case management, life skills training, and workforce development opportunities.

Through FOFC, Dr. Fair has supported countless men, women, and children across the greater Los Angeles area by providing safe, clean, and supportive environments designed to help individuals regain stability and independence.

Dr. Fair earned her Doctorate in Humanities in 2023, further strengthening her commitment to advocacy, leadership, and community empowerment. In addition to her nonprofit leadership, she provides consulting services to assist emerging providers and organizations within the community who are working to address homelessness and expand supportive services.

Her work is deeply personal. She has a special passion for supporting homeless families, particularly women and children. Dr. Fair has dedicated her life to improving individuals’ quality of life. As a mother and grandmother, she understands the importance of stability, opportunity, and community support.

Dr. Fair is currently a board member of the Bethel LA  Community  Development Corporation (CDC).

Dr. Fair has received numerous recognitions from the County of Los Angeles for her tireless efforts and dedication to serving the well-being of our community.
